Waiver of Class Action Rights. The Parties agree to meet and confer in a good faith effort to settle any disputes arising out of this Agreement without resort to the court system or formal arbitration. Agreement in accordance with the provisions herein. User acknowledges that Services and the provisions of this Agreement are reasonable and necessary for the protection of Women of Houston and that the Women of Houston will be irrevocably damaged if such provisions are not specifically enforced. Accordingly, in the event of any breach or threatened breach of the provisions of this Agreement, if the User does not cease such alleged or actual breach, it is understood and agreed that Women of Houston shall be entitled to injunctive relief (without bond or other security being required) as well as any and all other applicable remedies at law and in equity.

Refunds:

The Women of Houston will not provide a refund unless the Women of Houston does not fulfill the services requested. Refunds are not given for any other reason.

Domestic Use. [Women of Houston] makes no representation that the Website or Products are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of State of Texas. Users who access the Website from outside of Texas do so at their own risk and initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone. [Women of Houston] may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you.
